orsfx Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms carefully before using the orsfx platform — they will give you a clear understanding of your rights and responsibilities.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the orsfx platform and all its services. By registering an account on orsfx or using any of its services, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

- One person may hold only one account.
- All information provided must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
- You must not be on any self-exclusion list for online gaming.
2.2 Multiple Accounts Prohibited
A user may not operate more than one account. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be closed and any pending withdrawals may be cancelled.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
If personal information provided at registration is found to be false or incorrect, orsfx reserves the right to suspend or close the account. Government-issued identification may be requested for identity verification if needed.
Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All payments are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
3.2 Minimum Deposit and Withdrawal Limits
The same limits apply to all payment methods:

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. However, identity verification or security reviews may take longer.
3.4 Transaction Security
All financial transactions are secured by SSL encryption. orsfx will never ask for your mobile banking PIN or password. If anyone requests such information, please notify our support team.
3.5 Fraud and Misuse
If any transaction is suspected to be part of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity, orsfx may immediately suspend the relevant account and hold the associated funds.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To claim this bonus, complete registration and make your first deposit.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing the welcome bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement: 15x). For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing.
4.3 Promotion Misuse
Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or IP address will be considered misuse of promotions. In such cases, all bonuses and related winnings may be cancelled.
4.4 Right to Modify Bonuses
orsfx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus, promotion, or its terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.
VIP Program and Cashback
5.1 VIP Tiers
The orsfx VIP program has three tiers. Users can move up to higher tiers based on regular play:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.7%.
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%.
5.2 Cashback Payment
Cashback is automatically added to the user's account each week. The cashback amount depends on the user's overall activity.
5.3 Changes to VIP Benefits
orsfx reserves the right to modify VIP benefits, tier criteria, or cashback rates at any time. Such changes will be communicated through an announcement on the platform.
Responsible Gaming and Restrictions
6.1 Commitment to Responsibility
orsfx believes in responsible gaming. We advise users to play within their own limits. Gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a solution to financial problems.
6.2 Setting Limits
Users can set deposit limits, session time, and betting limits from their account. Use these tools to manage your own gaming experience.

You may request the closure of your account at any time through our support team. All pending bets must be settled and any available balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
11.2 Closure at orsfx's Initiative
orsfx may suspend or close an account for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of the Terms.
- Evidence of fraud or deception.
- Provision of false information.
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
- Account inactive for an extended period.
Changes to Terms and Their Effect
12.1 Right to Make Changes
orsfx reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the platform.
12.2 User Responsibility
It is the user's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
